Discount offered on web-based dispatch solution

Prophesy Transportation Solutions, Inc., provider of trucking and logistics software solutions, and TruckersB2B, a business-to business membership program that provides discounts to small and medium-sized trucking companies, have joined forces to launch the new Prophesy OnDemand solution to their growing membership base at a discounted rate.

The Prophesy Dispatch web-based solution is a fully automated, online dispatch system available on a “pay as you go” basis. This transportation management system only requires an Internet connection and minimal set up and it is not necessary for users to purchase and upgrade expensive hardware or software, according to Bill Ashburn, Prophesy vice president & general manager.

Like the Dispatch solution, OnDemand is designed as the central solution for managing every part of a growing trucking operation. Users never have to enter data twice, as all critical information flows in real time throughout a single solution, Ashburn said. Prophesy DispatchSeries handles dispatch operations, freight billing, driver settlements, rating, EDI, bills of lading, driver settlements, revenue settlements, driver advances, driver pay, and fuel card import.

TruckersB2B is a business-to-business membership program that brings volume buying power to smaller trucking companies and private fleets. Discounts and rebates are provided to members by industry-leading vendors who are seeking to increase their sales volume and market share by utilizing the TruckersB2B marketing program to complement their traditional marketing methods.

Founded in February 2000, TruckersB2B has over 22,000 member fleets representing over 500,000 trucks. To date, members have earned over $45 million in rebates, not including the amount of savings members have received through point-of-sale discounts, according to Jon Russell, president of TruckersB2B.
