Supply chain consulting services firm enVista will be hosting several sessions at the National Conference of Operations and Fulfillment (NCOF) show to address warehouse productivity and LEAN practices.
The sessions, to be held April 4-6, 2011, during the NCOF show in Las Vegas, will feature case studies and detail best practices to help improve profitability and optimize supply chain processes, enVista said.

At 2:10 p.m. on April 5, Joel Garcia will lead a discussion on “Supply Chain 360: Creating a Lean Supply Chain from Supplier to Retail Flow Environment.”
