J.J. Keller announced that the 1,000th fleet has now implemented Encompass, its enterprise-level ASP system to manage DOT compliance for both drivers and vehicles. Encompass monitors drivers and vehicles.

According to Keller, the ASP system focuses on critical functions such as driver hiring and qualification, alcohol and drug testing, driver training and recordkeeping, fuel tax reporting, and maintenance tracking.

A library of reports and forms helps fleets ensure consistent tracking and reporting across the organization, the company added.
