Drivers looking for information quickly need only look at their Blackberry devices and a new mobile application from PHH Arval, according to the fleet leasing company.
With the app, drivers can quickly access PHH services and call centers, including accident help, maintenance and other transactions. A call to a PHH agent automatically provides relevant information electronically, eliminating the time-consuming exchange of basic information, the company said.
“This first-to-market mobile application is just the beginning of a new wave of technology advances we have planned,” said David Zuidema, chief information officer. “PHH is focused on investing in technology and developing the new ideas that deliver effortless driver and vehicle productivity.”
The company said the app will include additional functionality in the future and will also be available for other wireless devices.
