Version 6.2 of Prophesy Transportation Solutions’ Dispatch software includes integrations with Microsoft Bing Maps and QuickBooks accounting software.
The latest version also includes updates to Prophesy’s North American commercial mileage database; new Microsoft Dynamics accounting interface; the ability to assign a specific mileage program to each customer for rating and billing purposes; and retrieval of accounts receivable and credit data into Dispatch from QuickBooks accounting software.
There are also improved and enhanced PeopleNet and Qualcomm options which include a new message center to monitor two-way communications between a dispatcher and a driver, Prophesy said.
“Dispatch 6.2 is the most significant update of the year,” said Bill Ashburn, vice president. “In addition to planned updates, the latest version delivers several improvements based on user feedback.
