Data mining software company Vigillo is offering an affiliate member program to carriers at no cost. The program will allow carriers to provide to their drivers Vigillo’s Roadside Resume, a free CSA driver scorecard service.
“This program is really about basic fairness,” said Steve Bryan, CEO. “Vigillo believes it is imperative that drivers have access to the scores the government keeps on their safety performance.”
Since FMCSA does not release a driver’s CSA score, Roadside Resume, available at www.roadsideresume.com, offers a place for drivers to get that data, Vigillo said. Roadside Resume is intended to be a benefit that carriers can make available to drivers at no cost now or in the future for either the affiliate member or the driver.
“Many drivers have told us how happy they are to have free access to the CSA scorecards through Roadside Resume,” said Bryan. “We look at it as a way to demonstrate that when an industry collaborates on a shared database, everyone wins.”
