Truck-Lite has released an LED Work Lamp the company said produces 324 lumens--up to double the light output of competitive work lights--able to generate full brightness at 85 volts for 12-v models and 21 volts for 24-v models.

The lamp is designed for equipment operating in corrosive atmospheres and fork lifts. It features stainless steel mounting hardware and a polycarbonate lens to protect against the elements, Truck-Lite said.

The company also has released its LED Solid-State Warning Lamp (SWL), operational down to 8v at temperatures from –40 degrees F to +158 degrees F. It operates with peak current of three amps to flash its 18 light-emitting diodes (LEDs), according to Truck-Lite.

The Truck-Lite SWL is aimed at municipal work vehicles, construction vehicles, waste collection trucks, concrete mixers and pumps, and off road vehicles, the company said.
