The “12 Days of Christmas” took on new meaning for the holiday season at Illinois-based Truck Centers Inc. (TCI).

The “12 Days of Christmas” took on new meaning for the holiday season at Illinois-based Truck Centers Inc. (TCI).

The family owned dealer group gave away 76 prizes to customers during its “12 Days of Christmas” promotion, including the grand prize to a 56-year veteran of the trucking industry.

“On behalf of the entire Truck Centers’ team, I would like to congratulate all of our winners and thank everyone who participated. We were pleased at the response from our customers during this limited-time promotion and will definitely do similar contests in the future to show our sincere appreciation for their business,” said Katie Hopkins, executive vice president.

The grand prize winner, chosen from over 600 entrants, was Jim German, of Raymond, IL. German, who works for Wood Farms, received an array of gifts including gift certificates, safety equipment, motor carrier atlas packs, CB radios, sporting event tickets, plus a mini HD video camera and TCI Truck Bucks or a free oil change service.

Truck Centers represents Daimler Trucks of North America vehicles, including Freightliner and Western Star vehicles.
