Collision repair center opens in Washington

Pacific Power Products has opened a new collision center and body shop at the truck center in Ridgefield, WA. The shop will offer a complete range of body services and repairs.

“The opening of the body shop and large paint booth allows us to become full service in the Portland and Vancouver markets, extending our capabilities beyond truck sales, parts, and service,” said Mark Dawkins, president, Pacific Power Products. “We’re now able to provide complete restoration and even customization of large vehicles from beginning to end, including paint service.”

The collision center will offer welding, alignments, frame straightening, trailer repair, custom fabrication, vinyl graphics, pin-striping, and accessories. There is an in-house DuPont paint mixing system as part of a 60-ft. paint booth.

Pacific Truck Center at Ridgefield also recently opened a retail surplus truck parts store offering items such as surplus Detroit and Cummins engines, hoods, wheels, brakes, cab and rear axle assemblies, and accessories.

Most parts are all-makes and inventory changes frequently, providing a broad assortment of parts, the company said.
