IPA completes Tactical Trailer Tester field kit

Kits tests and cleans North American truck and trailer electrical connections

IPA announces its complete 37-piece #9200 Tactical Trailer Tester Field Kit designed to test, clean and restore tow circuits on all trucks and trailers in North America. According to the company, it encompasses all the tools and adapters necessary for maintenance on 4/5, 6 Round, 7 Flat and 7 Round pin electrical connectors. The #9200 comes in a custom, hard case built to withstand harsh conditions in the field, in the shop or on the road.

"Originally designed for the military, we adapted the Tactical Trailer Tester Field Kit for use in all industries including fleet, automotive and agricultural," says Ian Vinci, vice president. "It allows for a one-man, fast and professional solution to truck and trailer electric circuitry testing. The military-grade case holds all 11 products and is waterproof and crushproof."

According to the company, the kit comes complete with 11 of IPA's products: the Heavy Ranger MUTT, 3-Way Trailer Adapter and 500mA Battery Charger; as well as the 8 ft. Cable with 7 Round Connector, 4/5 Pin Trailer Circuit Harness Checker, 6 Round Pin Truck Side Circuit Tester, 7 Round Pin Truck Side Circuit Tester, 7 Flat (Spade) Pin Trailer Circuit Tester, 7 Round to 7 Flat Adapter, Diamond-Tip Electrical Terminal Cleaners, and a Truck and Trailer Master Electrical Cleaning Kit.
