Meritor has expanded its aftermarket distribution center in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The 35,000-sq.-ft. center stocks a full line of Meritor and Euclid drivetrain and undercarriage products, the company said.

According to Doug Jamieson, site manager, the expansion will help reduce lead times for products as much as 70%.

“Our expanded center in Edmonton enables us to consolidate and expedite a customer’s order for Meritor and Euclid parts into one shipment for faster delivery,” Jamieson said.

The center will service customers in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan, who were previously served from the company’s Brampton, Ontario, facility.

Meritor also operates distribution centers in the United States, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, Brazil, Australia, China, Singapore and India.
