Raybestos has simplified its line of aftermarket brake products to make it easier for technicians to get what they need from one supplier

Raybestos has simplified its line of aftermarket brake products to make it easier for technicians to get what they need from one supplier. Designated the Raybestos brand 1-2-3 strategy, the new lineup includes one grade of hydraulics, two grades of rotors and three grades of friction.

The brand’s two hydraulic lines have been consolidated into one Professional Grade line featuring Raybestos’ exclusive corrosion-resistant coating, according to the company.

Two lines of rotors are now available: Professional Grade and Advanced Technology. The Professional Grade rotors are OE-equivalent, while the Advanced Technology line has a smoother machine finish (40-60 RA) for severe-service or premium vehicles.

The Raybestos friction lineup includes a Professional Grade, considered OE-equivalent or better; an Advanced Technology grade for some severe-duty and performance applications; and a Service Grade for budget-conscious customers.

Raybestos brake products are made by the Affinia Under Vehicle Group.
