The Tire Industry Assn. (TIA) is launching a new monthly service that will list state legislation of interest to tire dealers. The service is free to all TIA members.
The TIA Government Relations State Legislative Update will list each piece of legislation by state, bill number, topic and status, and provide a link to view the bill online if available.
“There are currently dozens of bills being considered in state legislatures throughout the nation that could have a dramatic impact on tire dealers in those states. We hope that the easy-to-read TIA Government Relations State Legislative Update will serve as a powerful tool to help keep time-pressed tire dealers up to date and informed, so they can act to help prevent harmful legislation before it is enacted,” said TIA executive vice president Roy Littlefield.
