Accuride Corp. has signed an agreement to acquire Transportation Technologies Industries (TTI), a manufacturer and supplier of medium- and heavy-duty truck components. Terry Keating, Accuride president and CEO, will retain those positions in the combined company. Andy Weller, former president and CEO of TTI, will serve as executive vice president.
