The Pete Store acquires Elliott/Wilson Capitol Trucks

Truck dealer The Pete Store has acquired certain assets of Elliott/Wilson Capitol Trucks. Elliott/Wilson has locations in Maryland and Virginia.

According to The Pete Store, the acquisition adds a full-service facility in Landover, MD, a parts-only location in Manassas, VA, and territory on the Eastern Shore of Maryland to its dealers’ network.

“This acquisition enables us to deliver seamless coverage for our customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region,” said John Arscott, president and CEO of The Pete Store. “We are excited to bring our unique combination of award-winning service, quality and value to Landover, Manassas, and the Eastern Shore.”
