Philips Industries has released several air and air/electrical hose products, including a pre-made heavy-duty rubber air line, heavy-duty EPDM rubber air brake tubing in 250-ft. spools and electrical/air hose assemblies for ABS and non-ABS applications.

The rubber air lines include swivel end brass fittings, are DOT certified and have a large, ergonomic cushion grip for coupling and uncoupling. The air brake tubing can be cut to length as needed, reducing inventory costs for fleets. Made from four-spiral polyester reinforced rubber that resists cracking, kinking and weathering, it provides abrasion resistance in -40 deg. F to 200 deg. F, Phillips said. It is DOT-certified to sustain 900 PSI burst pressure and 225 PSI operating pressure conditions.

The air hose assemblies are spiral wrapped and offer large grips for coupling/uncoupling leverage and can be ordered with Quick-Connect Plug.
