Riding with pride

Sept. 9, 2014

Schneider has been selected by Freightliner Trucks to receive the 12th edition in its Ride of Pride truck series.  Each of these special rigs are rolling tributes to members of the United States Armed Forces—past and present.  This edition joins Schneider’s existing fleet of six Ride of Pride trucks.

Randy Twine of Clarksville, TN, has been chosen as the driver. With Schneider since 1993, he served 26 years in the military, including stints in the U.S. Army, Army National Guard and Air Force National Guard. Twine’s service, which concluded in 2006, included deployments to Panama, Saudi Arabia and Iraq.
