SmartTruck extends warranty

June 22, 2015
SmartTruck Systems has extended its warranty period and said all its precision aerodynamic system components for long-haul trucking are now covered by a limited lifetime warranty. This extended coverage now provides for replacement or price paid refund or any defective aerodynamic component, as long as the original purchaser owns the SmartTruck system, the company said."This is certainly one of the most powerful product warranties in our industry, and a testament to the quality of our products," said Stephen S. Ingham Jr., CEO. "Our truck efficiency solutions are designed and built to last with durable materials, no moving parts, and no driver interaction required.""Some competing truck efficiency solutions need to be replaced every four or five years as a result of damage or wear out," Ingham continued. "SmartTruck designs and builds our aerodynamic components to work free of defects, durable enough to stand up to normal highway conditions."SmartTruck's precision aerodynamic solutions are used by independent truck owner-operators, small regional fleets and large, national trucking companies to improve fuel performance as much as 10%, the company said. All products are EPA SmartWay Verified and C.A.R.B. compliant. The previous warranty period for SmartTruck aerodynamic undertray components was 15 years, and seven years for the company's TopKit.
