Tiptoeing through a truck graveyard

They sit silently now, perched along a busy stretch of I-78 in Pennsylvania: the picked-over carcasses of once mighty highway-prowling machines that used to thunder across the asphalt ribbons tying America together. Midway Salvage serves as the “graveyard” for these deceased big rigs, from which a host of components and parts are removed – for a price – to help keep their still-functioning brethren up and running on the road.
