Nov. 5, 2015

Eric Vos, a FedEx Freight technician working out of Boise, ID, took home top honors at the Technology & Maintenance Council  2015 National Technicians Skills Competition.

Over 145 truck technicians competed for two days at the 11th annual TMC SuperTech event held this year at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. Day one featured written tests and qualifying tasks, while day two focused on a full battery of hands-on challenges.

Vos joined Drew Dilmuth from Jacksonville, FL, in winning the team competition. FedEx Freight ended up sweeping the top slots this year, with Brian Blevins of Harrison, AR, and Josh Nordick of Roseville, MN, placing second and third, respectively.
