HELP appoints liaison for six states

Aug. 6, 2014

HELP Inc. has named Susan Martin as a liaison to six states that use the PrePass truck bypass and other technology services.

Martin’s role will be to enhance HELP’s truck safety services and strengthen relationships with state agencies in Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia, HELP said.

“We’re very pleased with this appointment as Susan has many years of in-depth industry and technology experience, along with an outstanding work ethic,” said Karen Rasmussen, president and CEO. “I know that our state agency partners will benefit greatly from her experience.”

Martin will work with state agencies responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement, infrastructure protection, and other compliance functions that derive direct benefit from HELP Inc.'s services, including PrePass  and 360SmartView.

Martin previously worked for PrePass beginning in 1997 and held positions of increasing responsibility over the years, including more than 15 years’ experience in customer service and more recently as the liaison for nine PrePass states. In addition, Martin organized and conducted training classes for hundreds of state personnel at weigh stations nationwide, as well as carrying out a continual program of further training or retraining as required.
