Aug. 25, 2014

Love’s Travel Stops has opened two new travel stops, one each in Florida and Iowa. The location in Florida is located in Fort Myers on I-75, Exit 143. In Iowa, Love’s is now open in Shelby on I-80 at Exit 34.

Both locations are open 24/7 and feature gourmet coffee, fresh fruit, gift merchandise and more. The Fort Myers location has Wendy’s and Subway restaurants, 96 truck parking spaces and five showers. The Shelby location has Chester’s Chicken and McDonald’s restaurants, 91 truck parking spaces and seven showers.

Both travel stops have an on-site Love’s Truck Tire Care center, bulk DEF at the pump at all diesel lanes, RFID cardless fueling technology, CAT scales and more.

“By introducing our third travel stop along I-75 in Florida, professional drivers can now travel the entire length of the popular interstate throughout Florida and have the option of stopping at a Love’s,” said Greg Love, co-CEO of Love’s. “With the addition of our third travel stop along I-80 in Iowa, we’re well positioned to bridge a gap in driver services there as well. We look forward to bringing the ‘Clean Places, Friendly Faces’ Love’s is known for to professional drivers in new parts of the country.”

For a limited time, professional drivers can earn up to five points with their “My Love Rewards” loyalty cards at all Love’s locations.
