TruckersU.com launches service to help fleets find freight

Jan. 21, 2014

A new service from TruckersU.com offers tips on how to get your fleet onto “approved carrier” lists to build freight revenue and profits.

The Freight Prospecting Method is designed for trucking companies with 40 or fewer power units, many of whom may not have the resources and time to make hundreds of cold calls looking for freight. The program features a tutorial on how to get your carrier on a shipper’s approved carrier list and a searchable database with shipper contacts and types of freight.

According to TruckersU.com, the program is available for $300 and includes the first database of three states’ lists of shippers and includes the method’s tutorial.
