PERC launches website dedicated to propane

Aug. 5, 2014

The Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) has launched a website that promises to be a “one-stop source” for all things propane. The site, www.propane.com, will feature propane technology, safety information and newly developed propane-powered technology across the fuel’s top markets: agriculture, commercial landscape, industrial, on-road fleets, and residential.

“Propane.com gives our industry a chance to showcase the versatility of propane, and the economic and environmental benefits of using this American-made fuel across top performing markets,” said Roy Willis, president and CEO. “The consolidation also gives propane customers the opportunity to realize all the technologies available for their home, fleet, or business.”

Propane.com is managed and produced by PERC, and consolidates information from the council’s other previous sites, including autogasusa.org, agpropane.com, poweredbypropane.com, and usepropane.com, which all redirect to the new website. Customers can also use the “Find a Propane Retailer” application on the site to locate their nearest retailer by zip code and services provided.
