Software provider Melton Technologies (www.mtihorizon.com) has announced forming a new strategic partnership with Houston-based EPS Software Corp. (www.eps-software.com). According to Chuck Melton, president & CEO of Melton Technologies, the first project will be a fleet-based, user-friendly web portal.
