Arsenault Associates has updated its Dossier software with new analysis and automation tools. Version 5.1 of the fleet maintenance management solution includes new warranty configuration options with reminders to file with OEM and parts suppliers to recover warranty dollars and new exception reports that allow users to review their fleet and locate units running above or below expectations in any number of categories, including fuel efficiency.

“The enhancements in Dossier 5.1 were developed in close collaboration with our user community,” said Bob Hausler, vp-marketing & technology. “This feature set delivers benefits that are tangible and can be achieved immediately, such as better warranty cost recovery tools, improved personnel tracking and utilization, and quick identification of assets costing more than planned. Our joint focus with our users is on the bottom line.”

Additional enhancements include the ability to more effectively manage time spent on actual jobs by technicians through a clock-in or clock-out function; the opportunity to track parts usage and cost data related to parts through a NAPA parts story; improvement management of fluids, expanded barcode support, new tire management features, and outsourced work management.
