East Central Energy (ECE), an MN-based utility company, has implemented Arsenault Associate’s Dossier maintenance management software for its utility and service vehicles.
ECE is an electric cooperative providing electric, Internet and long-distance services to homes, farms and businesses in east central Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin. The company serves more than 56,000 customers in 12 counties and operates a fleet of 185 vehicles.
ECE says it chose the Dossier solution because it is easy to use and compatible with the company’s other installed systems.
The Dossier solution is capable of tracking equipment onboard the vehicle for maintenance purposes. ECE also imports data from Wright Express fleet cards into the Dossier system.
