Yesterday @Road Inc. announced that Florida Light & Power Co. (FLP) has selected @Road as its official mobile resource management (MRM) solutions provider. The firm has agreed to deploy its GeoManagerSM solution to provide FLP greater location data and real-time visibility for some 3,000 field service technicians.
“This customer win is an illustration of the visibility of our MRM solutions for the utility industry,” said Krish Panu, @Road CEO. “We look forward to working with FPL and helping it reduce operating costs, increase productivity and enhance customer service.”
GeoManager is designed to help utility and other service providers streamline field-service delivery operations while increasing field-technician productivity and enhancing customer service, @Road said.
