TMW Systems has passed Microsoft certification testing for its new Cash Receipts software module, extending Microsoft Dynamics GP cash management capabilities to allow the streamlining of cash receipt processing for customers in high-volume invoice environments, the company said. The certification is in addition to TMW’s existing Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status attained in 2005.
TMW’s GP Cash Receipts Add-In facilitates fast input of cash receipts, using 10-key data entry to process and pay multiple invoices. The module also includes a quick-pick list feature that allows partial data entry of invoice numbers for faster retrieval, TMW said.
According to the company, TMW was awarded Microsoft certification after scrutiny of its product development requirements process; the availability of user assistance and documentation for the product; overall user experience and product usability assessments; the development technology, configuration, and platform used, and support for product customization, upgrade and ongoing maintenance.
