A Java 2 software application that runs on GPS-enabled wireless phones, Xora GPS TimeTrack v2.0 adds geofencing features and new integration capabilities. The mobile workforce management service is designed to help field service operations keep track of workers and work hours using just a cellphone with Java and GPS capabilities.
Xora' new Smart-Job Zone feature alerts managers when workers enter or leave a designated area, automatically marking job starts and finishes, as well as stringing job activity together to provide a “smart job route.”
The new Xora Data Shuttle feature allows information to be transferred from existing dispatch applications to mobile phones. Completed job data from the phones can also be sent back to company databases, including Oracle databases. The new version can also be integrated with route optimization software.
