Labor operations data that is critical to calculating the time and cost of truck repairs has been added by service-technology provider Decisiv to its fleet maintenance tracking and management system.
Decisiv said it's now incorporating labor operations data from Motor Information Systems into its cloud-based technology platform to improve the “in-context” display of maintenance and repair information provided to both dealers and fleets.
By incorporating labor time data into its platform, Decisiv said fleets can now access web-based information on over 4,000 labor operations for all makes of trucks through the 2010 model year. The company added that this new capability is available on all OEM platforms.
