Dan Lindberg has been named International's vp and chief financial officer of the Truck Group.

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems has named Pierre Abboud vp-engineering.

Frank C. Pedroncelli becomes market manager, commercial vehicle wheels for Alcoa Wheel Products. He replace Otis Matlock, who has become operations manager, Alcoa Subassembly and Logistics.

Borg-Warner Automotive announced that Lawrence B. Skatoff has been appointed executive vp and CFO. Jeffrey L. Obermayer was named vp and treasurer.
