The Haldex Group has announced signing a definitive agreement to acquire the Anchorlok air brake actuator and Neway suspension control valve businesses from the Holland Group. The acquisition is subject to approval from relevant regulatory authorities.
The acquired businesses will be integrated into Haldex Brake Systems, which is a division of Sweden's Haldex Group. Haldex Brake Systems designs, manufactures and markets commercial vehicle brake and suspension control systems globally.
Haldex Brake Systems said that it will continue using the Anchorlok and Neway brand names “for the foreseeable future.” The management teams of the two acquired businesses will join Haldex Brake Systems and continue to have responsibility for their current operations.
