Kendall Motor Oil has upgraded is line of Superb 100 motor oil, which includes the 5W-30, 10W-30 and 10W-40 blends, to exceed API SL/ILSAC GF-3 ratings. Designed for gasoline engines only, these oils now have better oxidation stability, high temperature deposit control, and lower oil volatility, says the company, for reduced oil consumption and improved fuel economy.
According to Kendall, the Superb 100 line was reformulated using higher quality base oils and additives. The new oils were developed to meet stricter requirements from vehicle manufacturers, including better vehicle fuel economy, improved protection of emission control systems, and more durable oils that offer extended drain capabilities.
