A new service-support system from International Truck and Engine Corp. offers online access to all of the truck maker's technical publications, as well as detailed service histories for individual vehicles. Called International Service Information Solutions (ISIS), the subscription-based Internet system was originally created for the company's dealer network, but starting last month was offered to fleet users as well.

Technical publications available include electronic versions of service and operating manuals, and other repair and maintenance information. Detailed individual vehicle records include warranty information, ownership histories and recall/inspection information.
