The former vp of marketing for Volvo Trucks North American (VTNA), Keith Brandis, has been named to lead North American product planning initiatives for Volvo Global Trucks, a division of parent company A.B. Volvo. Taking over the role as vp of marketing is Susan Alt, formerly vp of e-business and business development for VTNA. Alt, who holds a mechanical engineering degree from Virginia Tech University

The former vp of marketing for Volvo Trucks North American (VTNA), Keith Brandis, has been named to lead North American product planning initiatives for Volvo Global Trucks, a division of parent company A.B. Volvo. Taking over the role as vp of marketing is Susan Alt, formerly vp of e-business and business development for VTNA.

Alt, who holds a mechanical engineering degree from Virginia Tech University and an MBA from Wake Forest University, has been with Volvo for 13 years. In addition to leading the truck maker's marketing efforts, she will retain responsibility for e-business and other business development.

Brandis, a 20-year veteran of Volvo who holds a BS in marketing from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Averitt University, is also taking on broader business and service development responsibilities within Volvo's worldwide truck operations.
