First Vehicle Services to utilize Mitchell 1 software

First Vehicle Services reached an agreement with Mitchell 1 to use its software programs in all First Vehicle locations in North America and Puerto Rico.

Fleet management and maintenance firm First Vehicle Services has reached an agreement with Mitchell 1 to use that firm’s TruckSeries and ProDemand software programs in all First Vehicle service locations in North America and Puerto Rico.The software programs provide technicians information to diagnose, repair and maintain, as well as write estimates for most makes and models of cars, light trucks, Class 4-8 trucks and busses.“Having access to both TruckSeries and ProDemand gives First Vehicle Services facilities a powerful combination of tools and features that will add efficiencies to any service location.
