David Heller, director of safety and policy for the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA), has been named to the board of directors of the Natso Foundation, the non-profit subsidiary of Natso, Inc., which represents America’s truckstop and travel plaza industry.
Heller’s responsibilities for TCA include communicating and interpreting all industry regulations for the association. He previously spent six years with the American Trucking Assns. (ATA), working in truck safety.
The Natso Foundation, governed by 17 directors organized into various subcommittees, administers a scholarship program, community outreach efforts and produces research for the industry.
