The all-new Volvo S60 will be launched at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show, but blind Turkish artist Esref Armagan was invited last year to Volvo Car Corp. in Sweden to paint the vehicle and then share his “preview” of the sedan with the world.

The art project was captured on film. The “Volvo S60 Blind Preview” became an Internet sensation, according to promoter Auction Cause, as it showed how Armagan used his fingers dipped in paint to put the image to canvas. The painting was to be auctioned last month on eBay with all proceeds to benefit the World Blind Union, a nonprofit that represents over 160 million blind and partially sighted persons in 177 member countries.
