The Intelligent Transportation Society of America (ITS) has named Scott Belcher as its new president & CEO.

Belcher brings to ITS more than 20 years of private and public sector experience in Washington, DC. He previously served as executive vp & general counsel of the National Academy of Public Administration and as managing director for environmental affairs & associate general counsel of the Air Transport Association.
