Kenworth of South Texas in San Antonio, TX, has been named the 2008 Kenworth Dealer of the Year, the company announced at its annual Dealer Meeting, held in Columbus, OH.

"It's a tremendous achievement for Kenworth of South Texas to receive the prestigious Kenworth Dealer of the Year award," said Jay Ellison, president of Kenworth of South Texas, which operates dealerships in Corpus Christi, Laredo, Pharr and San Antonio. "We are especially proud of our employees, who truly represent the 'World's Best' trucks with their outstanding dedication and customer service. We also thank our many customers for their business and loyalty."

The winner was chosen from six Gold Award winners for 2008.

The other Gold winners are:
