Averitt Express is expanding its fleet with the introduction of Dodge Sprinter cargo vans in key metropolitan areas.

“The vans will be used to make deliveries to customers with small, unpalletized freight or to customers who lack adequate dock space to accommodate larger trucks,” said Richard King, vp of operations.

Each Sprinter will be equipped with Qualcomm technology so customers can track their shipments just like any other Averitt shipment, the company said.
