Specialty chemical supplier Penray has named Erica Bryant lead customer service representative. Her primary responsibilities in the new role will include handling all orders for the company’s heavy-duty, automotive, coolant inhibitor and private label divisions.
Bryant joined Penray in 2006 from the credit department of Snap-on Tools where she worked with automotive technicians and dealers. In her new position, she reports to Chris McKenzie, director of marketing.
