David Kinsely has been promoted to vice president of materials for East Manufacturing Corp. Kinsley was most recently director of materials.
In his new position, Kinsley will be responsible for all aspects of the materials department, including acquisition, inventory, planning, purchasing, expediting, shipping and receiving.
Kinsley joined East in June 2006 as procurement analyst.
