Pilot Flying J has announced a new “Frequent Fueler Advantage” program. According to the company, the loyalty program will be the nation’s largest for professional drivers and RV customers. It is designed to allow truckers to instantly accrue and redeem loyalty points in all participating Pilot and Flying J travel centers, travel plazas and restaurants across the U.S. and Canada.

With the new program, professional drivers who purchase 500 gallons or more of fuel in a month will receive a free shower with an increased seven-day time limit. This reward will be extended to ten days for cardholders who purchase 1,000 gallons of fuel or more in a calendar month. Frequent Fueler Advantage will extend shower credits for the first time to delivery expeditors purchasing either gas or diesel at participating Pilot and Flying J locations.

Pilot Flying J will also offer “Pump Start” to all Frequent Fueler Advantage cardholders. Pump Start will allow drivers paying with cash, a check or a third-party credit card to use their Frequent Fueler Advantage card to start the fuel pumps. Members must register their card at the cashier counter and must have 500 gallons of purchase history in order to activate the Pump Start feature.

According to the company, newly registered Frequent Fueler Advantage customers will also receive a onetime 200 point bonus reward for their initial registration. Drivers who hold the company’s current cards, including Frequent Fueler (Flying J) and Driver Payback (Pilot) cards, should register them under the new program. Customers can also pick up a new card at any Pilot or Flying J and register to receive enhanced loyalty benefits at participating locations.

“By registering for the Frequent Fueler Advantage, not only will professional drivers have access to enhanced benefits quickly, but they will also be able to learn about special in-store promotions and incentives electronically,” said Pilot Flying J president &CEO Jimmy Haslam.

Pilot Flying J will continue to honor the points accumulated on current Frequent Fueler, RV Real Value Card and Driver Payback cards, the company noted.
