Kitty Hawk appoints ground guru

Kitty Hawk Cargo has appointed Gregg Sayler to the newly created position of vp for ground sales. Sayler is responsible for directing marketing and sales efforts for the air cargo airline’s owner-operator and independent truck network.

Kitty Hawk Cargo has appointed Gregg Sayler to the newly created position of vp for ground sales. Sayler is responsible for directing marketing and sales efforts for the air cargo airline’s owner-operator and independent truck network.

Initially, Sayler plans to focus on developing an enhanced ground sales strategy, seek growth opportunities and potential new products and services.

The recent execution of Kitty Hawk’s contract with the U.S. Postal Service “demonstrated the strength, flexibility and long-term value of our…independent overnight air and expedited ground freight transportation network,” said Robert Zoller, president & CEO of Kitty Hawk. “We look forward to Gregg’s leadership as we build on this success, further strengthen our network and continue to deliver exceptional service to the freight forwarder and logistics community.”
