Navistar names Osborne to lead Monaco RV, Workhorse units

William H. Osborne has been named vice president of Custom Products, responsible for the Monaco RV and Workhorse business units, Navistar Inc. said. Osborne has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2009

William H. Osborne has been named vice president of Custom Products, responsible for the Monaco RV and Workhorse business units, Navistar Inc. said. Osborne has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2009. He resigned that position as well as his spot on the board’s finance committee to accept the new role.

Ustian, Navistar chairman, president & CEO. “As a former member of Navistar’s board of directors, Bill has unique insights into our company. His manufacturing and automotive experience and expertise will be of great value to Navistar as we continue to diversify and expand globally into new marketplaces.”

Osborne was previously president & CEO of Federal Signal Corporation. He has also held executive-level positions with Ford Motor Co., Chrysler, and General Motors.
