Anne Perry is joining wireless vehicle-management firm Networkcar as director of operations. In her new position, she will be responsible for developing the company’s strategic direction.

Perry will also oversee all field operations, customer service, project management manufacturing, fulfillment, inventory, and service/repair functions.

A native of South Africa, Perry brings to San Diego-based Networkcar a lot of experience in operations and project management, gained from a consulting career working with global companies such as IBM, JD Edwards, Eveready, and Coca-Cola.
