Rair, a provider of compliance, safety and risk management services, has appointed Gary L. Johnson and Joe Couture to its executive leadership. Both men will hold the title vp of marketing.
Johnson most recently served as director of safety and field operations for Transport Corp. of America. He has also worked as a safety professional for Federal Express and Ryder Systems and is a certified director of safety and a member of the American Trucking Assn.’s Safety Management Council and the Minnesota Trucking Assn.’s Safety Council. He will be responsible for Rair’s product development for CSA 2010 compliance solutions.
Couture comes to Rair from Transportation Alliance Bank, where he was vp of business development and customer relations. He has also worked for T-Chek Systems and the former North Star Transport.
