Ongoing demolition work on Interstate 195 in Rhode Island will result in closure of a road that carries northbound traffic on the west bank of the Providence River for two consecutive weekends, beginning this weekend

Ongoing demolition work on Interstate 195 in Rhode Island will result in closure of a road that carries northbound traffic on the west bank of the Providence River for two consecutive weekends, beginning this weekend.

The Dyer St./Eddy St. service road will be closed from 6 a.m. Saturday, July 23, until 11 p.m. Sunday, July 24, according to the Rhode Island Dept. of Transportation. The road will also be closed on Saturday, July 30, from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
